By removing all burdens of homeownership, our residents are able to focus time and energy into hobbies, activities and passions they know and love, while also being presented with the opportunity to try something new thanks to our dedicated property-specific Lifestyle Directors.

The Spinney at Van Dyke's Clubhouse is a 5,000 square foot multi-use space featuring a Great Room with a full-sized kitchen and fireplace, a Media Room with a big screen TV, ample seating and a billiards table, a commercial-sized washer/dryer, a full service gym, and a spacious outdoor patio which will host summer gatherings and concerts for years to come! During summer months residents are sure to enjoy the pool, swimming laps or taking synchronized swimming classes, or exercising their green thumbs in the raised garden plots in our Community Garden.
An added bonus for residents is that our spacious Clubhouse can be rented for private events such as birthday parties, bridal showers, or even Thanksgiving dinner!
