May 2018 Newsletter

Welcome Neighbors and friends to the arrival of Spring Flowers! It is such a relief to finally see some color out there. May brings some exciting new things to share, many initiated by our own residents. Remember that it is vital to respond to all events you plan to attend! I need to gather materials, supplies or make reservations for the activities in advance.

I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our new residents and neighbors! The Spinney Group hopes that you will come out, experience our events, and get to meet our great community of neighbors.

Happy Spring! We are currently cleaning up and seeding winter damage around the property. It has been observed that on top of winter damage much of the damage is due to residents and guests driving off of the road onto the dirt/grass. Driving over newly seeded areas will deter grass from growing as well as contribute to a non-appealing landscape. Please be mindful especially when turning into your driveways as to not cut the corner and drive over the dirt/grass.
