Group Meditation & Maj Jong
Spinney resident, Brenda Bergstrom, would like to lead a group for meditation at her house and is also interested in playing maj jong.  If you’re interested in either of these activities please contact Brenda at (518) 776-4307.

Rose Hargrave Concert

A Little Sunday Music performance featuring soprano Rose Hargrave performing a selection of French art songs at the Bethlehem Public Library (located at 451 Delaware Avenue in Delmar).

New Senior Services Discussion Group
Wednesday, February 8th, 10:30AM – 12PM
Would you like to discuss current events and reminisce about the past?  All interests and backgrounds welcome.  Topics will change depending on the interest of the group.  Please call Heidi Ziemke at 439-4955 x1169 for more information.  Transportation available through Bethlehem Senior Services with reservations.  Group will meet at the Bethlehem Town Hall (located at 445 Delaware Avenue in Delmar).

Qi Gong

Learn the gentle art that combines physical movement with breathing and intention to promote health and wellness.  Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.  Qi gong is suitable for all abilities.  Class will take place at the Bethlehem Public Library (located at 451 Delaware Avenue in Delmar).

Chair Yoga
Friday, February 17th, 1PM
Experience a yoga practice designed for those times in our lives when we are faced with physical challenges.  Chairs and props will be used to assist each person in variations of postures that are appropriate to promote their comfort.  Program takes place at the Bethlehem Town Hall (located at 445 Delaware Avenue in Delmar).
