To pay your rent online you will need to have a valid e-mail address. To request your cottage’s account to be activated, navigate to the “Pay Rent Online” sub-tab from http://thespinneyatvandyke.com/residents. If you have already activated your resident portal, select the “Log In” button.
If you have not been sent an activation link, select the “Get Started” button. Once “Get Started” has been selected, the below form will generate. Complete the fields provided and click “Send Request”.
Once the request has been sent, Leasing staff will be notified and will be able to send you your activation information via e-mail. You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Account Activation”. Within this e-mail, there will be a link providing you with access to your resident portal. Click on the link, provide the information requested and click “Log In”.
Upon logging into your resident portal, you will have the ability to see outstanding charges you owe, payments you have made, as well as request work orders to be completed by navigating between the tabs provided for you.
To access your resident portal again, simply save https://thespinneygroup.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_into your favorites, or navigate to the “Pay Rent Online” sub-tab from the http://thespinneyatvandyke.com/residentswebsite.
